Zhonghai Baichuan (Beijing) Steel Co., Ltd., which was established in 1997, is a very specialized seamless steel pipe manufacturer in China with an annual output of over 1,800,000 tons. We cover an area of 166,000sqm, possess capital assets of more than USD14,000,000 and own 500 employees including 155 senior technical engineers. Our company owns eight large standard manufacturing workshops, which contain 20 advanced production lines of seamless steel pipes, high frequency welding square pipes and rectangular pipes. Our main production equipment include hot pressing punching machines, interactive cold drawbenches with double core rods, automatic rotary rolling head machines, tube straightening machines, no water-cooled annealing furnaces, surface pickling equipment, coating machines, etc. Besides, we have one set of 219mm seamless punching machine, which can manufacture seamless steel pipes with wall thickness of 219mm-1220mm and with different production standards. At present, its the largest seamless and hot-rolled equipment in Cangzhou area.

Now we mainly produce seamless steel pipes according to American ASTM, API 5L and API 5CT standards; Japanese JIS G3441, G3458 and G3462 standards; German DIN standard and Chinese GB/T 8162, 8163 and 3087 standards. Our seamless steel pipes mainly consist of eight series: seamless steel pipes for low and medium pressure boilers, seamless steel pipes for high pressure boilers, seamless steel pipes for boats and ships, seamless steel tubes for fluid transport, seamless steel pipes for petroleum cracking, seamless steel tubes for chemical fertilizer equipment, seamless steel pipes for structural use and seamless steel pipes for hollow pumping rods. The main materials include 10, 20, 45, Q345, ST35.8, ST37, ST42, ST45, ST52, A53, A106, A192, A179, A210, API 5L /GR.B-X60, API 5CT /J55 K55 N80, etc.
